A course for non-science majors that explores basic principles of evolution, ecology, and environmental biology. Topics include evidence and mechanisms of evolution, diversity of living organisms, plant biology and photosynthesis, interaction between living organisms and their environments, and biological aspects of current environmental issues. Concurrent lab participation required.
