Prerequisite: ACCT 3043 or concurrent enrollment. Intensive study of special areas in accounting with emphasis on consolidation statements; other topics include multinational companies, fiduciaries, insolvencies, partnerships, and fund accounting. This material is heavily tested on the CPA Exam.
