Drawing I introduces a variety of formal and technical skills. Emphasis is placed on composition, perceptual drawing, form building, visualization, illusions of space, and use of value in black and white media. Students engage with drawing as an instrument to problem solve as well as a final product in itself. (TCCNS = ARTS 1316)
